By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, effective as of 1 March 2024.

TOMACTI GROUP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App.
The App and all intellectual property rights in and to the App (including but not limited to any content, images, video, audio, algorithms, and software) are owned by TOMACTI GROUP or its licensors. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property.
TOMACTI GROUP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any features or functionality thereof) at any time without notice. You agree that TOMACTI GROUP shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
TOMACTI GROUP may terminate these Terms and your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your mobile device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

TOMACTI GROUP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TOMACTI GROUP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall TOMACTI GROUP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
By using Quantum Quicksurf Browser, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, effective as of 1 March 2024.
